The Mental Capacity Act Code of Practice: Protecting the vulnerable (2005)

Schools must have a SEN Policy, SEN Information Report, an Accessibility Plan and a link to Newcastle’s Local Offer. These documents must be published on the school’s website and updated annually. Schools need to demonstrate how they have involved stakeholders in this process.
