Archibald First School is situated in the heart of Gosforth and is part of the Gosforth Schools Trust.  We are a two form entry First School with a Nursery as part of our Early Years Unit.  There are no mixed age classes at Archibald First School, each class has a designated teacher and at least one shared Teaching Assistant. Thomas Bewick School is a special school within Prosper Learning Trust in Newcastle upon Tyne. It is for children and young people between three and nineteen years with autistic spectrum conditions. All pupils have a Statement of Special Educational Needs/ Education Health and Care Plan or are in the assessment process. They have a range of learning difficulties; some will require a high level of adult support to access the curriculum, whilst others achieve close to age-related expectations in some areas.

SportNE Activity Camps is an Ofsted Registered Childcare which provides multi sports activities alongside crafts and challenges for 3-11 year olds.

Led by well qualified enthusiastic staff offering children the chance to learn new skills, try out new activities and build confidence and friendship through our structured activities. The camps run in all school holidays.

At my setting, children can choose from a range of activities including play-dough, dressing up, arts and crafts, small world play, baking and much more. 

We go on outings every day to various places including parks, toddler groups, softplay, museums and the beach.

We provide breakfast club and after school club for children aged three years plus as well as a holiday club at this venue!

Holiday club is open 8:00am-5:50pm for children aged three years plus.

We can offer additional 15 hours funded childcare within our out of school club services as well as within our preschool service.
