We provide a safe and stimulating environment for children's learning and development. The setting implements the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and ensures all children have equal access and opportunity to actively learn and develop.  Outdoor access is available all year round to extend experiences. We focus on the indivdual childs strengths and support and encourage further learning opportunities building on confidence and skills.

Our aim is to ensure that every child reaches their full potential.   To achieve this, we work closely with all of our families, our community partners, our Trust members and business partners.  We have the highest expectations of behaviour and work really hard to ensure our school is a safe, happy and effective environment where everyone enjoys learning.

Our Lady and St Anne’s is a Catholic school with a very diverse community and we try to follow Jesus in what we say and what we do. We provide a broad and balanced Catholic curriculum, recognising that everyone is unique and is created in the image of God (Gen 1:27). We are a larger than average first school. We take children from Nursery to Year 4. We have approximately 320 children on roll and 51 members of staff.

Sacred Heart is a one form entry Roman Catholic Primary School in the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. We are proud to be the parish school of St. Robert's Church in Fenham, Newcastle and have a rich history and tradition which dates back more than 100 years. The present school was built in 1995.

Heaton Community Childcare offer full day care places, a Playgroup, an Out of School Club with Holiday scheme and Crèche Facility. 

We follow Early Years Foundation Stage led by children’s interests, access to a large attractive outdoor play area. We are part of Sure Start East and lead setting for South Heaton Children’s Centre.

Children come to us for 1 or 2 hours per week, during which time they participate in interactive maths and English courses that are tailored to their needs and mapped to the national curriculum. 

We can take on members between the ages of 4-16. The centre acts as a positive, fun learning environment and concentrates on improving the child's confidence and self esteem so that they can reach their full potential. We also offer GCSE Maths tuition, 11+ exam preparation as well as our standard packages. 

Little Acorns Out of School Club Ltd provide Breakfast & After School Club sessions for Children aged 4-11yrs of West Jesmond Primary School.

We are a holiday club based in the hall at St Catherine's RC Primary School, Sandyford.

The club is open most school holidays from 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday. It is registered for 45 children aged 3-11 years. 

We run a lot of different activities on a daily basis. 

Playtime Paradise Wraparound Ltd has been established since 1998 and was previously known as Gosforth Park Out of School Club Ltd until 2024. 

We provide a warm and friendly environment for children to reach their full potential by offering an extensive variety of play opportunities, covering all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage and our curriculum. Including role play, exploration area, maths area and sand/ water play.
