At Advantage Healthcare, we employ motivated and dedicated people who have 24-hour back-up through local hubs and our out-of-hours on-call team. We provide continuity of care to our patients and are diligent in matching our staff with clients to ensure long-lasting placements. All our staff are supervised and given ongoing training.

We take pride in offering high-quality care services with excellent clinical governance and a passion for client-centred care. Our managers work sensitively with clients and their families to ensure that our nurses and assistants provide services which form part of a safe, effective and happy home-based care routine.

We provide care to clients in their own homes, through self-pay, personal health budgets, commissioned by CCGs, local authorities and social services. Advantage Healthcare also provides staffing solutions to nursing and care homes and healthcare establishments.

Our nurse-led office team in Teesside coordinates the delivery of healthcare services across the North East of England.

We work in partnership with NHS hospitals across the region and specialise in delivering complex and social care services to children and adults in their own homes. We operate a 24-hour service. Times can be arranged outside of these hours on request and an out-of-hours service is also available, meaning there is always someone on the end of the phone.
