Heaton Nursery

Heaton Nursery is a private registered day nursery school, which has been established since 1970 and caters for children from birth to 11 years. The nursery is situated 10 minutes from Newcastle City Centre with easy access from all areas. The nursery is one of four privately owned provisions.

The setting is on the Early Years Register and voluntary and compulsory parts of the Childcare Register. 59 children may attend at one time. The children are accommodated in four rooms spread over three floors; and there is fully enclosed area for outdoor play. A good surrounding area provides ample opportunities for using trips to local parks and amenities to encourage development of children's knowledge and understanding of the world.

The nursery is situated in a Victorian House in a residential area of Heaton. The nursery has 4 playrooms and 2 outdoor play areas. All rooms are equipped to suit the age and development of the children. We provide a professional service in a very safe and happy surrounding.
