Energy Support - Stay Switched On

Stay Switched On campaign aims to raise awareness of the priority services register.

The priority services register is a free service that helps energy suppliers know which customers need extra support. For example those with health conditions, those who need a power supply for medical equipment as well as other groups such as pensioners, pregnant women and many more. The full criteria can be found on the Ofgem website.

This will be vital to thousands of people in our region who may need extra support from their energy supplier, not just this winter, but all year round. You can read our news release to find out more here.
