Young volunteers needed

Urban Green are looking for volunteers. They look after and develop parks, green spaces and allotmenst across Newcastle city.

A great opportunity for young people to gain outdoor work experience for cv’s and to be good citizens whilst taking ownership of their local area’s, Urban Green need a group of around 10 – 15 people to help rake over wild flower meadows which have been instrumental in support insect life across the summer and throwing a vital lifeline to our declining bee population.
