Preparing for Adulthood - Coffee Mornings 2025

Does your child have an Education, Health and Care Plan? 

Would you like to know what services are available to support them as they get ready for their next steps? 

There will be casual coffee mornings for parents across the city. You can ask questions and learn about opportunities and support for young people after their Year 9 Review.

There will be team members from a variety of services. You can to talk to them about social care, health and education.
