Your child will receive high quality care in a home from home environment led by myself; a qualified teacher with extensive Early Years experience. The childcare is run from our own home; I live with my husband, Chris who is also a qualified teacher, my son Arthur and our two dogs. I have always had a passion to work with children since I was a child myself. I thrive on ensuring children feel safe, inspired and empowered to develop emotionally, socially and academically. I love allowing children to unlock their potential in their development through a range of approaches.
Our aim at Dinnington First School is to provide a happy, stimulating environment where children will be encouraged to co-operate wholeheartedly with other children and staff who will help them to develop fully their individual, intellectual, physical, emotional and spiritual potential.
To this end we shall ask parents to work with us so that together we may promote the growth of respect for one another and care for the physical environment as well as the attainment of the highest possible academic standards.
I provide a large playroom with a range of toys and activities for all ages and stages of development. I also have a large garden with a selection of outdoor toys for children to play with.
At my setting, children can choose from a range of activities including play-dough, dressing up, arts and crafts, small world play, baking and much more.
We go on outings every day to various places including parks, toddler groups, softplay, museums and the beach.
Our established nursery is staffed by a highly qualified and deeply committed team of professionals. the nursery brings a new dimension of care for your baby, toddler or preschool child, providing the perfect foundation for a happy and secure entry into school life.
I live with my husband Anthony and my son Oliver. I am an Ofsted registered childminder and have been graded a "good". I offer a loving environment for your children as I would for my own. I am level 5 qualified in working with children and young people.

I am a dedicated childminder and a proud parent of two teenagers, which gives valuable first hand parenting experience. With over 10 years of supporting children in church to build a strong moral foundation, combined with my background in care, hospitality, and customer service, I provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment tailored to your child's needs. In my setting, children will enjoy engaging in indoor and outdoor activities such as arts and crafts, baking, gardening, and imaginative play.
Excelsior Academy opened in 2008 and has since become Newcastle’s most improved secondary school, consistently judged as good by Ofsted. With a unique and innovative approach to learning and teaching centred around the individual strengths, interests and needs of each pupil, our schools within a school model enables us to provide all our pupils with greater attention and care, and this shows in our academic results, particularly in terms of pupil progress.
Children come to us for 1 or 2 hours per week, during which time they participate in interactive maths and English courses that are tailored to their needs and mapped to the national curriculum.
We can take on members between the ages of 4-16. The centre acts as a positive, fun learning environment and concentrates on improving the child's confidence and self esteem so that they can reach their full potential. We also offer GCSE Maths tuition, 11+ exam preparation as well as our standard packages.

Footsteps Nunsmoor is an accessible, open plan early years setting, we offer part time places for children aged 2-5 years either morning or afternoon sessions.

Free Spirits is a purpose built modular building that is set within the grounds of Freeman Hospital. We have excellent facilities including 6 spacious rooms two garden/ play areas. Children are looked after by caring well qualified and experienced staff who plan play and learning experiences around the needs of each child individually. We follow the EYFS curriculum and ensure that children are given the best possible opportunities to reach their full potential.
Gems Nursery specialises in early childhood development for children aged 0 to 5 years.
Our experienced educators provide a nurturing environment, tailored to each child's individual needs. Here, we focus on laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning and growth. With dedication and passion, we ensure the best start for every child entrusted to our care.
Childcare in conjunction with Snakes and Ladders pre-school. We provide wrap around care, 5 days a week M-F, 8am-6pm, please speak to Gillian for further details. Snakes and Ladders Pre-School - Term time only.
Wrap around care and holiday care available 48 weeks of the year @ £8per hour.
A Heathy packed lunch should be provided for your child. I provide a morning snack.

Gosforth Central Middle School caters for a maximum of 504 boys and girls between the ages of 9 and 13 years. In recent years each year group year has been oversubscribed with particular demand in Years 5 and 7.
Most of our pupils are drawn from Archbishop Runcie, Grange and South Gosforth First Schools. However, pupils from other schools are admitted each year, so long as places are available.
Gosforth East Middle offers a rich, happy and stimulating environment for children aged 9 to 13 years. We are all very proud of our School and its successes over the years, and hope the information provided on our website and in our prospectus will give you a sense of what we have to offer.
