Sleep success workshops offer support and guidance around sleep issues for parents and carers of children aged 1-19 years old including children with additional needs.

One-off 3 hour workshops.

Baby massage is designed to help strengthen baby - parent communication, boost self esteem and confidence in parenting, enhance understanding of baby development relax parent and baby, encourage a deeper sleep for baby, relive wind, colic and constipation and develop muscle tone and co-ordination. The course (suitable from birth) consists of five one hour classes, run over five consecutive weeks. During the course you will be taught a full body massage routine and a short routine to help with colic. there will be time for questions and a chance to share experiences.

Our group is welcoming and friendly. We offer a wide range of activities which are suitable for all children under 3. We provide a wide variety of play experiences based on each child’s interests.   All of these experiences are to facilitate and support certain aspects of the child’s development.

'Stay and Play', run by Lemington Riverside Primary School in conjunction with Healthworks Pre-School Lemington

Every Tuesday during school term time, 10am-11am 

For 0-3 year olds and their adults.

Free of charge, no need to pre-book. We have a range of activities including messy play and free snacks and juice. 

Sessions are led by fully-qualified Early Years staff from Lemington Riverside and Healthworks Pre-School.
