Our Walker, Byker and Cowgate sessions involve children between the ages of 8 to 13 in creative activities to enable personal development and to support their learning.
At these sessions children will be able to engage in a variety of creative activities and enjoy a healthy meal together.
Our Big Walker events are during the following dates:

SVP Deaf Centre is a charity providing care, comfort and compassion for disadvantaged families and individuals within the community, both non-hearing and hearing alike. As the centre is part of the wider organisation of St Vincents de Paul, we embody SVP values while also having a unique focus on bettering the lives of those who have experience of deafness
Starting 22nd July to 15th August
Monday to Thursday for ages 3-7 years
9.30am to 2pm for four consecutive weeks
Please note paid for places are available for those who can afford at £5 per day

True Colours is an inclusive theatre school for children and young people living in the North East. They run classes designed to build confidence and celebrate diversity in a safe and nurturing environment.

The North East Autism Society run a Family Networking Group, a closed group on Facebook which aims to empower, educate and connect parents, families and carers by:

Are the Sleep Success workshops for you?

Sleep success workshops offer support and guidance around sleep issues for parents and carers of children aged 1-19 years old including children with additional needs.

North East Deaf Youth Theatre explores all aspects of theatre-making including:

Think For Yourself (T4Y), a part of Blue Sky Trust, is a project targeting children and young people 8-18 years, empowering them with the skills, information and knowledge to enjoy healthy relationships and reach their potential.
We have delivered high quality relationship and sexual health sessions and professional training since 2001 across schools, colleges, and other youth services.
