Our breastfeeding social groups are for families living in Newcastle. They are relaxed, informal and friendly. They are a great way to

From the moment babies are born, their minds need nourishment, but it can be difficult to think up new ways for mums, dads, grandparents and carers to keep them engaged.

We offer a football themed fun day. Different games and various elements of coaching. The most important thing to us is a fun approach and helping people make new friends. 

This is a warm, caring and kind place to be because: 

• we have a quiet/calm space for young people to chill out in

• parents/carers or young people can pre-visit/watch a walk through video 

A quiet room for you and your child to relax with various sensory items. The room includes

We are a FREE ENTRY venue. No booking required for general admission. Optional paid-for events can be booked online or at Reception when you arrive.

In the heart of Byker, this is one of the newest gyms in Newcastle, the 70+ station gym features the latest Technogym equipment. We have recently extended our Strength area and added a range of Hammer Strength machines. We have a large studio offering an extensive fitness class programme including Group Cycle, Power Pump, Yoga and much more. We also have a virtual studio where you can enjoy hundreds of classes on demand. There's two great swimming pools. A 25m pool for casual and lane swimming and a teaching pool which is home to the Better Swim School.

A parent and toddler group is a welcoming and friendly group of adults. This includes mothers, fathers, childminders or carers.

They all come together in their own community with their children who are under the age of 5.

Parent and toddler groups offer play opportunities for children from birth to 5 year old, as well as an opportunity to mix with others. They also offer support to adults and a break from the normal routines of the day.
