The setting implements the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and ensures all children have equal access and opportunity to actively learn and develop. Outdoor access is available all year round to extend experiences. We focus on the indivdual childs strengths and support and encourage further learning opportunities building on confidence and skills.
Children come to us for 1 hour 15 minute sessions twice a week, during which time they participate in interactive maths and literacy courses that are tailored to their needs and mapped to the National Curriculum. The centre acts as a positive, fun learning environment and concentrates on improving the child’s confidence and self esteem so that they can reach their full potential. Following this they can play with other children in ‘Surf Club’ with board games, interactive activities, arts and crafts, quizzes and challenges.
