West Denton Primary School was built in 1955, when it was opened as a separate infant and junior school occupying two floors. In the early 1970’s, as a result of the introduction of the 3-tier system, the school became a first school occupying the ground floor
An annexe containing 4 classrooms and a separate nursery pre-fab was also added during the 1970’s these have now been demolished and a new extension was built in 2001.

Sacred Heart is a one form entry Roman Catholic Primary School in the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. We are proud to be the parish school of St. Robert's Church in Fenham, Newcastle and have a rich history and tradition which dates back more than 100 years. The present school was built in 1995.

We cater for approximately 240 children age 2+ - 11 years, including a 26 place Nursery and Playgroup class. The school has occupied its present site for over 50 years and is located between two very different residential areas in the north of the city of Newcastle.

Our Nursery is open to children from the term after their third birthday.

Little Acorns Out of School Club Ltd provide Breakfast & After School Club sessions for Children aged 4-11yrs of West Jesmond Primary School.
Hi my name is Debbie hill and I am the manager of The Kidz Club.
We operate from Walkergate early years centre, millers dene, Walkergate, Newcastle upon Tyne. NE6 4XW.
Our age range is from 3- 11 years.
Our hours of work are : 7.30 - 9.00 am breakfast club, 3.00 - 6.00 pm after school club.
Each child is given breakfast / small snack at the appropriate times.
We provide breakfast club and after school club for children aged three years plus as well as a holiday club at this venue!
Holiday club is open 8:00am-5:50pm for children aged three years plus.
We can offer additional 15 hours funded childcare within our out of school club services as well as within our preschool service.
We are a holiday club based in the hall at St Catherine's RC Primary School, Sandyford.
The club is open most school holidays from 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday. It is registered for 45 children aged 3-11 years.
We run a lot of different activities on a daily basis.
We are delighted to announce that we will be running an after school club for Milecastle Primary School pupils. The club will be based in the community room and places will be available for pupils from years 1-6.
The sessions will run Monday to Friday 3.10pm to 5.40pm during term time only.
A healthy snack will be provided as part of the cost.
All places need to be booked in advance
We are a Local Authority Maintained Nursery School. We have a happy, enquiring, positive and welcoming atmosphere where each child is recognised as an individual.
Children can attend from 2 years and may be eligible for 30 hours.
