Upstart Enterprise starts their new FREE women's wellbeing and enterprise group on Thursday's 10am-12pm at the Ha-ven in Kenton.
Take part in fun activities decided by your group like stottie making, cake decorations or a bike ride. Raise funds for these group activities through enterprise activities like making and selling items.
Develop your business enterprise skills, have fun and make new friends. Who knows - you might even decide to start your own business in the future!

Shine's online Circles programme is starting in November. This is a six week programme for people living with an incurable cancer diagnosis. The sessions offer you the chance to meet others in the same position, to share your experiences and to talk unfiltered about the things that really matter to you. There will be sessions on: living with the uncertainty that a cancer diagnosis brings; how relationships are affected; how we process grief in relation to illness - amongst others.

HADO is a new immersive dodgeball session, where players compete in 3 v 3 matches. Players will be taught the skills of HADO to allow them to compete in matches against each other.

You will participate in football sessions with your Mini Mag, receive wellbeing support and have a chance to socialise and improve your health and wellbeing.
