Company of Other is a dance theatre group based in Walker.
Get your young one moving and making friends this summer holiday! Led by choreographer Michael Heatley, Company of Others Summer Dance Intensive offers four days of free dance workshops for 6-12 year olds and 12-17 year olds. Full of fun, creativity, and performance!

Throughout our camps, the children will get the opportunity to take part in lots of different activities ranging from a variety of arts and crafts to dance and fitness as well as board games, and sports games. The days are open to boys and girls from Yr3 - Yr6, the camps are FREE for FSM children and include a hot, nutritious meal and snacks throughout the day. PRISM NE is a support group for trans and non-binary young people set up by young people themselves, to provide a space where they are free to be who they are. We plan activities, workshops, occasional trips and residentials.
Every 2 weeks
Home Education Days have been designed for home educated children to benefit from our curriculum-linked workshops, which reflect current and relevant STEM themes and topics.
Children experience working like scientists in a lab setting which they would not have access to at home. Families can also explore the science centre at leisure rather than having a ‘school style’ schedule to follow.
