Masquer-Aid is a peer support group for people who have recently found out they are neurodifferent or are waiting for a diagnosis. We talk about shared experiences, learn about life and have fun too. Aimed at 11 to 25 year olds, our groups are led by you and what you need. Our 1-2-1 support can be a space to build your confidence and self-awareness or get help with your mental health. Our peer support groups where you have the chance to learn from others like you.
At Andy’s Man Club, we want to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and create a judgment-free, confidential space where men can be open about the storms in their lives.
