Throughout our camps, the children will get the opportunity to take part in lots of different activities ranging from a variety of arts and crafts to dance and fitness as well as board games, and sports games. The days are open to boys and girls from Yr3 - Yr6, the camps are FREE for FSM children and include a hot, nutritious meal and snacks throughout the day. Detached sessions allow the North Benwell Youth Project to engage with potential users and meet young people in the street.

Our vision is that North Benwell will not be considered disadvantaged or deprived.  We wish to see the young people of North Benwell enjoy the same possibilities of life as their peers in other areas of Newcastle upon Tyne.

The young people of North Benwell will generate their own hope for the future and be the agents of their own destinies.

Family hub on a Wednesday evening 5:30 – 7pm, we provide a hot meal and arts, crafts and activities.

Children over 8 years can attend without an adult. 

Children 5 years to 8 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

50p for children - no booking required

This group is for ages 8-13. 

Open space for arts, crafts, sports, games, trips and discussions around life and faith. 

Come and join in!

We do a variety of activities including:

• play sports
• DJ
• play with chalk
• create spaces to mark life’s big events, and generally enjoy the company of Byker and Walker’s young people.
