A 12 week programme for parents/carers who have a child aged 6 months - 3 years.
This group supports parents/carers to:
- ensure your child feels loved and secure
- support language, social and emotional development
- establish clear and predictable routines
- handle separations and reunions
- use positive discipline to mange tantrums and challenging behaviour.
First session starting Thursday 14th September 9.30 - 11.30am
Pre-School Programme
Incredible Years Basic Pre School Programme is a 14 week course for parents with a child aged 3 - 6 years.
Programmes topics are
- Play
- Praise
- Effective Limit Setting
- Using Ignore
- Using Time Out.
First session starting Monday 11th September 10.00am - 12.00pm
Sleep success workshops offer support and guidance around sleep issues for parents and carers of children aged 1-19 years old including children with additional needs.
One-off 3 hour workshops.
Next date: Friday 29 Sept 9.30am – 12pm
A 6 week programme covering topics around - the Developing Brain, Understanding baby cues, Early crying, 5 to thrive (including a toddler version), Whoops (keeping baby safe at home) and Tears and Tantrums.

Our Pregnancy Social groups are for families living in Newcastle and are relaxed, informal and friendly. They are a great way to meet others and to get support and information from one of our members of staff or a volunteer.

Changing Lives supports people over the age of 18 years old who have experienced homelessness to find and access sustainable employment opportunities. Changing Lives supports adults with some of the biggest barriers to the jobs market become work ready. The support available includes:
The TikTok Creative Academy is an employability programme that have been empowering 18–24-year-olds to access jobs in the creative industries for over a year! As a privately funded initiative through TikTok, their program offers a unique avenue of support that can be accessed alongside other government or private programs.
Develop the skills and knowledge needed to work in an NHS setting support Midwives. Course provided by WEA.
Limited creche spaces available.
Come along to an ESOL class with a difference – all levels welcome. Free English classes provided by Action Foundation for women NOT attending college.

Newcastle United Foundation have recently established a Careers Hub based inside the Metrocentre, (upper Green Mall) where they offer a range of services, including career advice drop-in appointments, key employment skill development, job search assistance, interview prep, CV building, and connections to local employers available to anyone 16+.
