Baby massage

Session for younger babies 0-12 months old who are not mobile yet. Explore early communication and sensory play with treasure baskets, tummy time, lycra swing, bubbles & singing.
To improve the emotional, heath and wellbeing through use of creative activities to build self-confidence and self-esteem. Providing strategies that women can use to improve their own emotional wellbeing.

'What's On - Multi-Sports Sessions'
Starting Friday 30 September from 11am
Meet new people and make new friends.
Improve your fitness - get out and about.
Meet at Nunsmoor Centre at 11am and enjoy a walk and gentle exercise with your baby or toddler in Nunsmoor Park with others.
Then there is the opportunity to have a cuppa together and a chat back at the Centre at 12 noon (optional).
This is about fun, friendship and fitness.
‘Springbank Pavilion’ - is a free nature-inspired arts and wellbeing programme and is part of a brand-new partnership between Urban Green Newcastle and The Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and kindly supported by Newcastle Hospitals Charity, LGA Foundation, the Community Foundation and Green Recovery Challenge Fund.
Weekend Play at Nunsmoor Centre
Arts and crafts, outdoor games, board games, junk music, wire works, science buddies and dance city.
Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult, over 8s can attend without an adult. Families welcome!

Elswick community leisure centre is a community-led, not-for-profit centre for fitness, health and fun, which houses a public gym, swimming pool, space for community events, meetings and fitness classes.

Newcastle Trampoline Park and Gym is located in the west end of Newcastle, providing excellent sport and leisure facilities for the local community. As well as a great gym which features a great range of Technogym equipment, we have a separate women only gym and the studios offer a great choice of fitness classes including Group Cycling. With new Technogym bikes recently added come along and give them a try. For children the centre boasts one of the newest Soft Play structures in Newcastle.
