We are a youth group for those aged 11-16 years. We meet in the park for games including:

• tennis
• slack lining
• badminton
• ultimate frisbee and much more. 

Tyneside Outdoors is a youth group for those ages 11 – 16 years old. 

We are based in the parks and all activities are outdoors. Our outdoor activities include sports and games in the park, such as basketball, tennis, capture the flag and much more. All are welcome to join us in the park.

The group meets weekly on Tuesday evenings at Gosforth Civic Theatre OR One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle from 5:30pm-7:30pm (optional jam session until 8pm)

They normally meet the clients weekly and are local to the North east.

The Decider course looks at 'big emotions' and knowing how to deal with them.

It helps children, young people and adults learn to recognise these thoughts, feelings and behaviours and gives you ways to manage them in a positive way!

Northern Pride was formed in August 2007 after a brief gap in Pride activities following the closure of Pride on the Tyne. A research project was commissioned and carried out by MET Ltd to establish what the North East LGBTQ+ community would like from a Pride event. These results were fed back to the community in May 2007 and from this feedback, a group of volunteers came forward and formed the first Northern Pride Committee.
