This is a group of adults, mothers, fathers, grandparents, childminders or carers that come together with their new babies (under 18 months). It offer activities that help development, as well as an opportunity to mix with others, support, and a break from the normal routines of the day.

Northern Stage is a theatre in Newcastle City Centre, very close to Haymarket. You can enjoy plays, dance, comedy and musicals on all of our three stages.
We have family shows throughout the year and at Christmas we have two magical shows one for under 5s and one for over 5s.
Our café bar is a warm and welcoming place with free wifi and tea and coffee from just £1.

The Streetwise Project Workers offer Young People who attend the Hub a chance to have a say in how they want their sessions to be each week. The Young People like to choose what they would like to eat, shop for health ingredients, prepare the food, cook it for themselves and their peers.
For children aged 5 and under going through the diagnostic process or with a diagnosis of autism.

As the impacts of climate change intensify every year, more and more young people are joining the movement to take action and raise awareness to protect our planet and wildlife.
Eco Influencers provides opportunities for young people aged 10-18 to design and deliver their own environmental social action projects that really make a difference. From outdoor eco classrooms to mindfulness wildlife gardens and recycling campaigns, young people across the region are leading the way.
How the project works:
We have a toddlers incredible years programme starting after the Easter holidays – places available.
Families can self-request a space or professionals can complete on the family’s behalf on the same form
A facilitated space to shape your artistic visions your way with professional support available when you want it, with studios and essential equipment for your dance, theatre arts or music projects.

How to book:
Consent form must be filled out by parents, this can be done over phone, email or on the day prior to the session beginning.
We provide activities for young people 8-19 years in and around Elwick. We offer a wide range of developmental activities and lots of fun and adventure. Activities are different each week. For our older Seniors (age 13 - 19 years) we offer 3 Duke of Edinburgh drop-in sessions, here you can complete your award with us or just come in and hang out with your friends.
