Work Routes by Reed in Partnership

Specialist support into employment 

Disability confident, Veteran Aware, Carer Aware and fully funded. 

Participants will automatically receive a 15-month support plan, including 6 months support once they enter employment and our rapid response support should they fall out of work within 15 months of signing up with us.

Our eligibility criteria are as follows:

• 18 + years, and
• Unemployed and NOT CURRENTLY enrolled on another government funded scheme (previous enrolment on a scheme does not automatically exclude from Reed support)
• Wants to return to work with the next 12 months
• Living with a disability or:

In at least one of the following categories:

• an ex-offender (someone who has completed a custodial sentence or a community sentence), or offender (someone who is serving a community sentence)
• a carer
• an ex-carer
• a homeless person
• a former member of Her Majesty’s (HM) Armed Forces
• a member of the HM Armed Forces reserves
• a partner of current or former Armed Forces personnel
• a person for whom a drug/alcohol dependency (including a history of) presents a significant barrier to employment.
• a care leaver
• A refugee
• young people in gangs
• victims of domestic violence
