Safe for Life Course beginning 17 April 2024  12.30pm-2.30pm @ West End Women and Girls Centre, crèche spaces are available for children.

A referral can be made for anyone who identifies as a woman who has experienced Domestic Abuse.

10 week course that covers-

• Understanding the dynamics of domestic abuse and the 5 different types.
• How we effectively keep ourselves and families safe
• The effect of domestic abuse on children
• Trauma responses
• Coercive control
• Why domestic abuse still happens, sexism and gender inequality
• The negative and positive cycle of self-esteem
• Owning our emotions
• Healthy relationships
