Annika Macfarlane

Hello, my name is Annika, I offer a warm, comfortable and friendly welcoming environment. I am home based in Chapel House Estate and an Ofsted Registered Childminder. During my 12 years in childcare I have worked in many areas including being a Nanny for 10 years caring for new born babies to 10 years of age, I also have experience in a Nursery Setting, in Primary Schools, Caring for Special Needs Children, and now Childminding. I provide healthy home cooked meals and snacks for the children. I have my own car and have plenty of indoor and outdoor space for play, I regularly take trips out, have Picnics, attend Soft Play, Toddler and Music Groups, Open Farms, National Trust Properties, Museums, Jesmond Dene, Parks and the Coast giving the children good social skills and most of all lots of fun, excitement and happiness. I have a passion for caring for children and supporting them to strive in all areas of their development and have experience and knowledge in implementing the EYFS. I am very reliable and an extremely caring person who has worked with many lovely families with which I still have very strong bonds with. 

I am available term time and also school holidays. 

I offer 2 and 3 year funded places including 30 hours.
