Looking for fun this summer? We’ve got you covered with exciting free activities! Our Summer HAF programme is here for you. What is HAF? HAF stands for Holiday Activities and Food. It’s for children and young people on free school meals. Everything is free – no cost at all. Here’s what you can expect: 

• Fun games and sports every day
• Creative arts and crafts sessions
• Time to chill with new friends
• A tasty hot meal each day
• Friendly staff who are here to help 

We’re here to keep your summer fun and safe. You’ll try new things and make great memories. 

Who can come? Children aged 5–16 who get free school meals. 

Some places are open to others too – just ask!

How to book? It’s quick and easy. Call us, message us, or book online. We’ll help you every step of the way.

Here are the days we’re open: We’re running every week of the summer holidays. You can join us for loads of fun! Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday From Monday 22nd July to Wednesday 28th August Except Monday 26th August (Bank Holiday) Session times: 9:00am – 3:00pm Please arrive by 8:50am Collection is at 3:00pm sharp

This is a warm, caring and kind place to be because:

• Parents/carers are welcome to contact staff to discuss individual needs
• Parents or young people can visit before the session

We provide a hot meal and snacks.

The Department of Education Holiday Activity Fund programme is to support young people aged 4-16 attending Newcastle City Councils schools that are eligible for Free Schools Meals or in need during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.
