This is a warm, caring and kind place because:

• Parents/carers can contact staff to discuss individual needs and pre-visits are possible. 
• We offer small group work/activities
• We have a calm or quiet space for young people to chill out in
• We offer peer support or a buddy system to anyone we feel may need this support
