Are you pregnant or have recently had a baby? English not your first language? 

Not sure what support is available to you in the UK? These new videos will help you understand what happens after you’ve had a baby, made by our friends at the charity Involve North East.

It shows the different health professionals you will meet, what sort of checks they will do on you and your baby, and as they grow older. It also shows where you can get the help from. The free videos are easy to understand and aimed at people who have English as a second language.
