The Lighthouse Project First Summer of Fun!

This summer at The Lighthouse Project we are having our 'First Summer of Fun' HAF Programme on Thursdays and Fridays throughout the six week summer holidays from 10.30am - 2.30pm, and it's set to be bursting with fun, food, and fantastic memories! We’re teaming up for some of these days with amazing people like Nourish Food School for cookery skills and cooking up your own delicious meals to share. Active Future will get everyone moving with awesome games and sports, while Stomping Ground leads wild forest adventures—think muddy fun, den building, and loads of fresh air. We’ve even got high-energy breakdancing sessions, brilliant drumming sessions and creative surprises like art and gaming guest workshops! Whatever your child loves to do there’s something for everyone —and it’s all completely free.

This is a warm, caring and kind place to be because:

• we have a quiet or calm space for young people to chill out in
• we offer small group work and activities
• parents/carers are welcome to discuss individual needs prior to the activities.

The Department of Education Holiday Activity Fund programme is to support young people aged 4-16 attending Newcastle City Councils schools that are eligible for Free Schools Meals or in need during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.
