At Social Call Services, we developed a piece of assisted technology in the form of an App (P5MyCarePLan) used on the telephone or tablet, enabling you the ultimate user to access social calls and low level support.

The software 'P5MyCarePlan' is very intuitive and include the ability for reminiscence video or memories to be created, saved and shared with the client by our DBS checked operatives in situations requiring and introduction or trigger for conversation and memory utilisation.

This can be music, movies, family photos, memories and interests. There is no limit on the range of media that can be uploaded.
