Monday Matters at The Bostey

Pop into our Monday group at the Bostey to have a cup of tea and a chat. All parents and community members are welcome. For ages 16+. Anyone from the East End of the city is welcome.

• Different activities take place each week including cooking, gardening and wellbeing.
• Monday matters offers our community of Walker a warm space to:
• Socialise and feel comfortable
• Reduce social isolation and improve mental health/mood
• Increase life and learning skills and provide new opportunities.
• Encourage meaningful and productive activities and gain a sense of purpose
• Make new friends

Some of our group participants have started volunteering at The Bostey and supporting our event. This has been through confidence skills they have gained during their session.
