NE1 Careers Event - Law: Samuel Phillips and Jacksons Law

NE1 CAN are seeking a small cohort of keen students considering progressing into law, either via a degree level apprenticeship or through the university route, with a view to becoming a solicitor. Visiting two city centre law firms, Samuel Phillips and Jacksons Law, students will experience two different working cultures and learn from current staff about what working in law is actually like
and what it takes to get there. NE1 CAN will provide lunch and students will be partaking in a law-based activity.

Suitable for students:
- In Year 12+
- Considering studying law at university
- Keen to find out about law apprenticeship routes

If you would like to attend any of our NE1 CAN events, please follow the steps below:
1 Identify the events of interest
2 Send an expression of interest to info@ne1can.co.uk
3 Places will be allocated and confirmed back to the education provider depending on availability
4 All students U16 must be accompanied by a member of staff. All students 16+ are welcome to attend independently or with staff. In the case of individual attendance, names and emergency contact numbers must be provided to NE1 CAN in advance
5 Final details will be sent out to the education provider in advance of the event
