Northbourne Youth Initiative Best Summer Ever 2025

Northbourne are offering a range of activities for children and young people 8-19 years in the west end of Newcastle. We run our activities from an end terrace house on the Northbourne estate so you can't help but feel at home when you visit. The activities have been chosen by young people so hopefully there is something for everyone to enjoy, whilst priority is given to those who already attend our sessions we welcome new members where spaces are available.

We offer a warm, caring and kind place because:

• We are in an end terrace house and we have very much maintained this homely vibe.
• We always say come along one and see if it's for you, most people return and make lots of new friends along the way!
• We have a quiet/calm space for young people to chill out in.
• We offer small group work/activities.
• Parents / carers can contact staff or visit prior to discuss individual needs and parents can visit before the session.

The Department of Education Holiday Activity Fund programme is to support young people aged 4-16 attending Newcastle City Councils schools that are eligible for Free Schools Meals or in need during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays.
