The school is a Community Co-educational First School. The building has a large hall and adjoining dining area. We have six classrooms for Key stages 1 & 2. The Foundation Stage Unit for Nursery and Reception age children consists of three classrooms and an outside play area / outdoor classroom. We have a small group working room / medical room and library areas. We also have a centralised computer suite with controlled access to the Internet.
Grange First School is a community school catering for a maximum of 352 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 9 years.

Green Tree Nursery is a 50 place private day nursery situated in Old Benwell Village based in a large 2-storey building, which since 2002 has provided an excellent standard of care and learning experiences to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Registered with Ofsted
The nursery is open for 51 weeks of the year Monday till Friday 7.30 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.

Hadrian is a school for primary aged children with a wide range of additional needs including complex, profound and multiple learning disabilities, severe and moderate learning difficulties, speech and language needs, physical, perceptual and sensory needs. We help all our children overcome their personal difficulties through highly trained and expert specialist teaching, through our amazing therapeutic curriculum and resources and our partnership work with parents/carers and health professionals.
Butterflies and Bugs Great Park Limited is an out of school club offering high quality after school care and Holiday clubs. During term time we collect children in Year 2-4 from Brunton First School & care for children Reception-year 4 in Holiday Club.
In April 2022, Havannah First School was created when Broadway East First School relocated to Newcastle Great Park and changed its name to reflect the new location. This move has been planned for a long time and we are delighted to now be in our wonderful, state of the art brand new school and grounds. We are still part of the Gosforth Schools' Trust and are part of the Gosforth three tier Pyramid.
Hawthorn is a continuously improving school with children making Outstanding progress between Reception and Year 6.
We are proud to be part of the nationally famous In Harmony project, every child in the school learns an orchestral instrument and we have our very own Symphony Orchestra.

Heaton Community Centre is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation 1161406. We offer full day care places, a Nursery, an Out of School Club with Holiday Play Scheme, Onsite and Offsite Crèche Services.
We follow Early Years Foundation Stage led by children’s interests and development. We are part of Sure Start East and link families into Sure Start services. We consult with parents and complete online learning journals to track progress. Healthy snacks are included in both our childcare services and our stay and play sessions.

Heaton Nursery is a private registered day nursery school, which has been established since 1970 and caters for children from birth to 11 years. The nursery is situated 10 minutes from Newcastle City Centre with easy access from all areas. The nursery is one of four privately owned provisions.
We provide a safe and stimulating environment for children's learning and development. The setting implements the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and ensures all children have equal access and opportunity to actively learn and develop. Outdoor access is available all year round to extend experiences. Hotspur is a primary school for children aged 3 - 11 years old. In addition it also offers playgroup (2-3 year olds) Nursery with wrap around care (3-4 year olds) and year-round childcare (3-11 year olds). Children are valued and cared for by an exceptional team of teachers and support staff. We recognise and encourage individual talents and interests and ensure that children are safe, happy and enjoy learning.
I access Sure Start Centres for a variety of activities. I take the children swimming, and visit Gosforth Park. There is a group of childminders who get together on a regular basis with the children where they interact.
I have a large house and conservatory which the children have access too and a large enclosed back garden where the children are free to play securely.
In my home we have lots of toys both educational and fun, jigsaws, musical instruments, dolls, dressing up clothes, play dough, painting, sticking, glueing, and I have a computer.
I have a large back garden with a very large field attatched where we play with outdoor toys.
We visit soft play toddler groups, singing groups, story time groups, parks, beach, and Jesmond Dene.
Jellytots Pre-School work in partnership with Parent and Carers. We provide a safe, caring, creative environment.
