Family friendly inclusive project running on Saturday afternoons. Sessions are 1.30-2.30pm & 3.00-4.00pm.
We make the arts accessible to children with additional needs, their siblings, friends and neighbours. However, all families are welcome.
Come along and explore the Garden. Join with others to make nature inspired art using lots of materials. Explore sound, rhythm and movement. Explore the wildlife through bug hunting or pond dipping.
These Free Interactive music sessions are in person sessions are for young people aged 10-18 at New Bridge.

Swimfun North East is a new swim school (est. April 2017) that provides high Quality swimming lessons for people of all ages. Lessons are fun and aim to develop water confidence and swimming technique and skills within the national framework.
We are an inclusive swim school and we welcome people from all backgrounds and abilities, safeguarding is a priority. All teachers are nationally qualified, DBS checked and members of Swim England.
Sporting Chance is a local community organisation. We aim to overcome some of the barriers young people may face and we strive to provide a holistic service to all our members.
A travelling multi-sensory resource for children with disabilities, their families and friends. Activities include music, storytelling and creative play. Sensory Spaces appears at festivals and family events in the region.
Sensory Spaces was set up to address the needs of all children at local events and to encourage families to attend. The aim is to provide a safe, relaxing space where children can listen to music and stories, explore their creativity, dress up, play and have fun.

Newcastle Trampoline Park and Gym is located in the west end of Newcastle, providing excellent sport and leisure facilities for the local community. As well as a great gym which features a great range of Technogym equipment, we have a separate women only gym and the studios offer a great choice of fitness classes including Group Cycling. With new Technogym bikes recently added come along and give them a try. For children the centre boasts one of the newest Soft Play structures in Newcastle.
Our FREE junior sessions are a safe space for children aged between 5-16 years to come and socialise, play freely, learn about the world around them and take part in activities like;
- arts and crafts
- cooking
- gardening
- group games
- sports
The sessions are led by the children, they choose what they would like to do in their youth clubs and plan their activities. Snacks and drinks are available in all sessions.
All welcome, no need to book.

The Streetwise Project Workers offer young people who attend the Hub a chance to have their say.
Each week, they will ask those who attend to choose what they would like to eat. The young people then shop for healthy ingredients. After that they prepare the food to cook for themselves and their peers.
There are also engaging and fun activities including board games and a Playstation 5.
We provide specialised practical, emotional and social support for asylum seeking and refugee children, families and young people.
Our aim is to provide a specialised and trauma informed service that can be accessed by families or by individual young people.
Gosforth Civic Theatre is an arts venue, café and community hub in Gosforth, and is home to, and run by, Liberdade Community Development Trust.
