To improve the emotional, heath and wellbeing through use of creative activities to build self-confidence and self-esteem. Providing strategies that women can use to improve their own emotional wellbeing.
This is aimed at women who are isolated, struggling with their emotional health or wanting to build confidence and make friends.
Relaxed Screenings programme will be running every month from June of this year.
Care to Learn, which was started 20 years ago as part of the Teenage Pregnancy Strategy, continues to provide funding for childcare to help young parents continue in education after the birth of a child. Young parents are defined as those aged under 20 at the date they start their study programme. It can help the young parent with any additional travel costs involved in taking the child to the childcare provider and also provides funding for childcare whilst young parents are on work placements or industry placements, where these are a defined part of the study programme.
We’re a charity that supports adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s with a cancer diagnosis, through a range of in-person and online activities. There is never a good time to have cancer, but we know that you face different issues to older or younger people. The TikTok Creative Academy is an employability programme that have been empowering 18–24-year-olds to access jobs in the creative industries for over a year! As a privately funded initiative through TikTok, their program offers a unique avenue of support that can be accessed alongside other government or private programs.

The workshops last for 2 hours and you will receive a workbook for your own reflection after each session.
