Wyndham Primary School is rated by Ofsted as a good school with some outstanding features.
We cater for approximately 240 children age 2+ - 11 years, including a 26 place Nursery and Playgroup class. The school has occupied its present site for over 50 years and is located between two very different residential areas in the north of the city of Newcastle.

Mary Astell Academy serves children who are referred via the local authority due to permanent exclusion and reside in the City of Newcastle. Newcastle Bridges School is a multi-site alternative provision academy within Prosper Learning Trust which provides education to pupils from ages 2-19. NBS predominantly serves children in the city of Newcastle but also those children and young people referred into hospital or mental health provisions from regional and national services, and some young people from outside of the authority. The school provides excellent educational opportunities to pupils whose education has been interrupted by mental or physical ill-health, school phobia.

Gosforth Central Middle School caters for a maximum of 504 boys and girls between the ages of 9 and 13 years. In recent years each year group year has been oversubscribed with particular demand in Years 5 and 7.
Most of our pupils are drawn from Archbishop Runcie, Grange and South Gosforth First Schools. However, pupils from other schools are admitted each year, so long as places are available.
