We work across Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside and Sunderland with a wide range of local, regional and national partners, including local authority leisure teams, public health, planners, transport teams, the education, housing and criminal justice sectors to name a few, to make it easier and a more attractive proposition for people to be physically active.
We are particularly passionate about helping under-represented groups and those who are currently moving for less than 30 minutes per week.

We’re a charity that supports adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s with a cancer diagnosis, through a range of in-person and online activities. There is never a good time to have cancer, but we know that you face different issues to older or younger people. Work, relationships, mental health, fertility, travelling – we’re here to guide you through this and more.
Divercity Hub is a community hub in Newcastle Upon Tyne. It serves Newcastle as well as the wider community and is inclusive to all regardless of their background, faith or financial circumstances.
Divercity Hub provides services to the public that support living a conscious and empowered life. These services include:
A regional steering group who raises awareness of HIV all year round and support World Aids Day events across Northeast and Cumbria.
Throughout the year Eyes Open work around the region in schools, hospitals, community settings and other organisations to promote the awareness of HIV and to remove the stigma that is still attached to HIV.
The support line for those who need information and emotional support while waiting for gender affirmative healthcare.
Ways to Wellbeing program has been developed to support parents who have concerns about their children’s emotional wellbeing.

Upstart Enterprise starts their new FREE women's wellbeing and enterprise group on Thursday's 10am-12pm at the Ha-ven in Kenton.
Take part in fun activities decided by your group like stottie making, cake decorations or a bike ride. Raise funds for these group activities through enterprise activities like making and selling items.
Develop your business enterprise skills, have fun and make new friends. Who knows - you might even decide to start your own business in the future!
The British Society for Paediatric Dentistry has launched a set of infographics with the Top 3 tips for preventing tooth decay aimed at improving oral health which have now been translated into the five languages. The aim is that the infographics will be widely used by both dental and non-dental healthcare professionals to support conversations about good oral health behaviours and become a key tool for in-surgery preventive advice. Our group is welcoming and friendly. We offer a wide range of activities which are suitable for all children under 3. We provide a wide variety of play experiences based on each child’s interests. All of these experiences are to facilitate and support certain aspects of the child’s development.
