Baby Massage sessions can offer a range of benefits to both mother and child. It helps with bonding and is a relaxing time for both.
There are 5 sessions which will end with the parent being bale to give their child a safe and soothing massage. Other benefits include helping colic, teething and snuffles and can improve circulation.

The Charity Patchwork was set up in order to help and educate young people between the ages of 8 and 25 years resident in the West End of Newcastle Upon Tyne and the surrounding area. This includes those who are involved in the Criminal Justice System or at risk of becoming involved in the Criminal Justice System, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or political, religious or other opinion.
The Turf @ St John's is a community facility run by St John's Primary School.
Between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm the Turf is often used by the school, however external bookings may be available for the pitch and the indoor hall & activity area. From 5pm to 9.30pm every weekday and all across the weekend a variety of sessions take place or the turf is available for private hire at extremely competitive prices
Our pitch is ideal for junior football training & 7 v 7 matches, and adult social games with friends or colleagues.
Sporting Chance is a local community organisation. We aim to overcome some of the barriers young people may face and we strive to provide a holistic service to all our members.
This is an open access session that runs twice a week for young people aged 11-16 to come, have a cup of tea, make new friends and have a safe space to be themselves. This session has been funded this year through BBC Children in Need. Young people get involved with a range of different activities including team building, cooking, sports, arts and crafts as well as issue-based workshops, social action projects which involve the community and youth voice.

Newcastle Trampoline Park and Gym is located in the west end of Newcastle, providing excellent sport and leisure facilities for the local community. As well as a great gym which features a great range of Technogym equipment, we have a separate women only gym and the studios offer a great choice of fitness classes including Group Cycling. Northbourne Youth Initiative was set up in 2000 by local residents and parents to address a lack of opportunities and facilities for children and young people on the Northbourne Estate. Being based in an end terrace house on the estate we have always had a presence in the local community and are embedded in the local area. In 2010 the organisation received charity status. Our focus has not changed we are still a local charity working with those who need us most.
Come and join us at Gorilla bowl in Eldon Square for a free game of bowling! All participants will receive a free soft drink or hot drink and a snack.

In the heart of Byker, this is one of the newest gyms in Newcastle, the 70+ station gym features the latest Technogym equipment. We have recently extended our Strength area and added a range of Hammer Strength machines. We have a large studio offering an extensive fitness class programme including Group Cycle, Power Pump, Yoga and much more. We also have a virtual studio where you can enjoy hundreds of classes on demand. There's two great swimming pools. A 25m pool for casual and lane swimming and a teaching pool which is home to the Better Swim School.
Newburn Activity Centre is a registered non profit charity, ran by a local community trust. The centre is located on the outskirts of Newcastle about 6 miles from the city centre. We aim to provide a wide variety of activities at an affordable price to the community.
