West Newcastle Academy Nursery provides space and time for children to develop a deeper way of learning.

In April 2022, Havannah First School was created when Broadway East First School relocated to Newcastle Great Park and changed its name to reflect the new location. The preschool is situated within the Blakelaw and Cowgate Families Matter Community Hub located on Lindfield Avenue nest door to Thomas Walling Primary School. Children have access to a wide range of developmentally appropriate good quality toys and equipment. We have At Home Bags that allow parents/carers to help their children continue their learning in their home environment. Staff are all qualified in Early Years with some staff having qualifications of Level 4 and above.
We provide a warm and friendly environment for children to reach their full potential by offering an extensive variety of play opportunities, covering all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Including role play, exploration area, maths area and sand/ water play.

Riverview Kindergarden is a not for profit community organisation, based in a purpose built kindergarden facility in the West End of Newcastle. It is easy accessible by car or public transport.
