A safe space for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional wellbeing.
A regional steering group who raises awareness of HIV all year round and support World Aids Day events across Northeast and Cumbria.
Throughout the year Eyes Open work around the region in schools, hospitals, community settings and other organisations to promote the awareness of HIV and to remove the stigma that is still attached to HIV.
Our award-winning service is independent, free and confidential. We can help with things like understanding your rights, getting the health, housing and social care services you need, dealing with letters and phone calls, and supporting you to keep safe from abuse.
A parent and toddler group is a welcoming and friendly group of adults, mothers, fathers, childminders or carers that come together with their children who are under the age of 5 in their own community. They offer play opportunities for children from birth to 5-year-old, as well as an opportunity to mix with others. They offer support to adults and a break from the normal routines of the day. Booking maybe required at some groups.
The support line for those who need information and emotional support while waiting for gender affirmative healthcare.

Ways to Wellbeing program has been developed to provide tools, guidance and information for parents to understand and support their children's mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Suitable for parents/carers with children 8 to 19 years old.
Our workshops cover the following areas:
- anxiety
- brain development
- wellbeing and self-care
- communication and conflict
- school avoidance
In our weekly group we take part in different craft activities. Our activities are decided by the group. Develop your business enterprise skills, have fun and make friends.

The Tree House Early Years Centre provides a range of Educational, Social, Therapeutic and Health activities / services for children aged 0-5 with SEND, and their families.
