Tree House Family SEND Art and Movement Project Best Summer Ever 2025

Tree House Family SEND arts and movement activity days offer families a unique experience to play, move and eat together. Specialist Support Staff will be on hand to offer advice and professional artists will deliver quality play, movement and arts and crafts - indoors and outdoors. We work closely with Healthworks who provide free, nutritious food for all attendees at each session.

This is a warm, caring and kind place to be because:

• we have a quiet/calm space for young people to chill out in
• we offer small group work and activities
• parents and carers can discuss individual needs prior to attendance and they can visit beforehand. There is also a short video on the booking form.
• we have very experienced SEN staff who will be there to engage and support
• we have a fully accessible building with changing areas with hoist support available. 

Places are on a first come, first served basis so booking is essential. 

The Department of Education Holiday Activity Fund programme is to support young people aged 4-16 attending Newcastle City Councils schools that are eligible for Free Schools Meals or in need during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays
