Trinity Post-16 Solutions Ltd offers bespoke packages to young people aged 16-25 who have additional support needs.
Learners who have learning difficulties and/or disabilities (LLDD) are provided with a study programme that equips them with the skills needed for adulthood.
EHCP outcomes are at the heart of the programme to equip learners to: Live as independently as possible; prepare for employment and the world of work; become involved in social and community activity; live a healthy lifestyle.

Situated in Jesmond, Tynemouth Nursery at Jesmond offers exceptional care to babies and children aged from six weeks to five years. This beautiful property has been fully modernised whilst retaining all its glorious original features creating a nursery with Tynemouth’s unique homely feel. With four main base rooms and an enclosed large outdoor area our highly qualified staff team provide quality care and education for all of the children in their care.

Tyneside Outdoors is a youth group for those ages 11 – 16 years old.
We are based in the parks and all activities are outdoors. Our outdoor activities include sports and games in the park, such as basketball, tennis, capture the flag and much more. All are welcome to join us in the park.

We are a youth group for those aged 11-16 years. We meet in the park for games including:
- tennis
- slack lining
- badminton
- ultimate frisbee and much more.

Tyneside Women’s Health was established in 1985 with the key aim of helping women to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Tyneside Women’s Health offers a range of interventions for women including drop in sessions, support groups, mental health courses, counselling, and various therapeutic activities such as relaxation. The preschool is situated within the Blakelaw and Cowgate Families Matter Community Hub located on Lindfield Avenue nest door to Thomas Walling Primary School. Children have access to a wide range of developmentally appropriate good quality toys and equipment. We have At Home Bags that allow parents/carers to help their children continue their learning in their home environment. Staff are all qualified in Early Years with some staff having qualifications of Level 4 and above.

Our FREE junior sessions are a safe space for children aged between 5-12 years to come and socialise, play freely, learn about the world around them and take part in activities like;
- arts and crafts
- cooking
- gardening
- group games
- sports
The sessions are led by the children, they choose what they would like to do in their youth clubs and plan their activities. Snacks and drinks are available in all sessions.
