SportNE Activity Camps is an Ofsted Registered Childcare which provides multi sports activities alongside crafts and challenges for 3-11 year olds.
Led by well qualified enthusiastic staff offering children the chance to learn new skills, try out new activities and build confidence and friendship through our structured activities. The camps run in all school holidays.

Heaton Community Centre is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation 1161406. We offer full day care places, a Nursery, an Out of School Club with Holiday Play Scheme, Onsite and Offsite Crèche Services.
We follow Early Years Foundation Stage led by children’s interests and development. We are part of Sure Start East and link families into Sure Start services. We consult with parents and complete online learning journals to track progress. Healthy snacks are included in both our childcare services and our stay and play sessions.

3.00 - 6.00 pm after school club.

Kids Planet Westerhope is a 72 registered place, Ofsted inspected nursery, caring for children 0-5 years. It offers spacious, warm and welcoming premises providing a safe and stimulating environment including two self-contained baby rooms for babies 0-2 years and a well-resourced pre-school room. There is also a children’s library, soft play room, sensory room, separate dining room and large all weather multipurpose outdoor area and outdoor nature classroom all with safety surface, decked and grassed areas.
Bright Minds Nursery @ Kenton School has a vibrant atmosphere, a child directed environment and a huge range of activities that children can choose to play. Children are happy and have a say in the way in which the setting is run.

The Nystagmus Network is a registered charity in England and Wales supporting people living with nystagmus. Nystagmus is a complex eye condition, characterised by involuntary movements of the eye. The eyes appear to wobble or flicker from side to side, up and down or round and round. Nystagmus causes impaired vision, affecting the ability to focus, speed and depth perception and facial recognition. At least 1 in 1,000 people are born with nystagmus and many more acquire the condition later in life.

Distributed to all new mums in Newcastle and Gateshead through health visitors, this little gem helps parents and carers to recognise and respond to a range of common diseases, illnesses and conditions as well as pointing you to the most appropriate service if you need further support.
