The Mums group currently meet every Thursday afternoon and has been running for over 4 years now.
It is a relaxed space where young women can meet with or without their children. They can have a coffee and chat, share information and advice, support each other when life seems tough, which can help to reduce feelings of isolation. Importantly the group always manage to have a laugh together.

Solihull Approach Parenting Programme
Solihull (post-natal): a course focusing on the first 6 months with your baby
Solihull (6m-19yr): a 10-week course focusing on emotional health & well-being. Covers topics including
Kev Stoodly, Founder & CEO and Doug Laidlaw, Project Manager are from the award winning North East Young Dads and Lads (NEYDL) charity that works with marginalised and disadvantaged young dads and expectant fathers (aged 25 and under) in the North East region of England.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and live in Newcastle, we can offer you information and support.
Start for Life combines the Antenatal and Breastfeeding Support projects. We are a team of practitioners and volunteers working alongside midwives and health visitors to offer additional support to families in Newcastle.

Are the Sleep Success workshops for you?
