We have been working with the LTA to offer inclusive opportunities for tennis within the club. Our coaches have been on some additional training, and we are pleased to offer a course of SEN tennis sessions for ages 8 - 18.
When it comes to tennis, a learning disability includes conditions such as Down’s Syndrome, Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
We understand that each person’s learning disability has different symptoms and characteristics, so our expert coaches will tailor each session to suit their client’s needs.

Relaxed screenings are for children and young people with autism. They are sensory friendly with reduced sound, dimmed lighting, and no adverts or trailers. It is okay for guests to move around and make noise during the film.
Autism friendly screenings are offered by most cinemas. For more information about the these screenings, the cinemas, and how to book, please click on the links below:

Home Education Days have been designed for home educated children to benefit from our curriculum-linked workshops, which reflect current and relevant STEM themes and topics.
Children experience working like scientists in a lab setting which they would not have access to at home. Families can also explore the science centre at leisure rather than having a ‘school style’ schedule to follow.
Each session has a different theme, so workshops will change each time you visit. Keep scrolling for details of upcoming sessions.
