Join our playful classes, that will get you and your little one moving together in fun and creative ways. Themes: supporting physical, sensory and social development.
£3 per child. Pay on the day, cash or card.
This is a group of adults, mothers, fathers, grandparents, childminders or carers that come together with their new babies (under 18 months). It offers activities that help development, as well as an opportunity to mix with others, support, and a break from the normal routines of the day.

We love story times at Newcastle Libraries - they encourage language development, help foster a love of books, and most importantly, they're really, really fun!
Enjoy stories in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, explore what the library has to offer, make friends and listen to stories that will encourage young children to develop a life-long love of books from an early age. These sessions do not need to be pre-booked, please feel free to drop in.

New antenatal/postnatal group, with lots of play opportunities for your baby and a chance to meet other young parents.
Come along to our free baby and toddler group!
Parents, carers, grandparents, aunties, uncles, childminders - everybody welcome.
Bring your 0-3 year olds to play, chat, socialise and have fun together.
The sessions will be hosted by our Early Years Lead in the school hall. You will have the opportunity to meet St George's staff, see our newly renovated school, make new friends and speak to professionals.
Come along to the main office on Wednesdays from 08.45am - booking is not required.

The Newcastle Careers and Guidance Team offers impartial and confidential careers information, advice and support to young people up to the age of 19 without an Education Health and Care Plan (EHC plan) if they live in Newcastle or attend a Newcastle school. (Please note, young people with an EHC plan are supported by their SEN caseworker)
Beacon Films CIC is a multi-award winning training and production organisation for filmmakers with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs.
For young people (aged 6 - 19) with no experience of filmmaking, Beacon Films runs a BFI Film Academy from November - February each year, during which young people learn all about filmmaking by creating and starring in their own short film. Places are FREE but limited, so contact us early to avoid disappointment!
Changing Lives supports people over the age of 18 years old who have experienced homelessness to find and access sustainable employment opportunities. Changing Lives supports adults with some of the biggest barriers to the jobs market become work ready. The support available includes:
School Outreach (ages 9-14 years)
Coming to a school near you!
Our Regional Engagement Team offer specially designed activities to meet your school’s needs. Our focus is to inspire young people through fun-filled activities concentrating on teamwork and communication to build their confidence. Our 1-2 hour sessions include practical leadership & team building tasks for groups of up to 30 students.
Skills Academy
A 12 week programme for parents/carers who have a child aged 6 months - 3 years.
This group supports parents/carers to:
- ensure your child feels loved and secure
- support language, social and emotional development
- establish clear and predictable routines
- handle separations and reunions
- use positive discipline to mange tantrums and challenging behaviour.
First session starting Thursday 14th September 9.30 - 11.30am
The TikTok Creative Academy is an employability programme that have been empowering 18–24-year-olds to access jobs in the creative industries for over a year! As a privately funded initiative through TikTok, their program offers a unique avenue of support that can be accessed alongside other government or private programs.

Pre-School Programme
Incredible Years Basic Pre School Programme is a 14 week course for parents with a child aged 3 - 6 years.
