Our Regional Engagement Team offer specially designed activities to meet your school’s needs. Our focus is to inspire young people through fun-filled activities concentrating on teamwork and communication to build their confidence. Our 1-2 hour sessions include practical leadership & team building tasks for groups of up to 30 students.

In April 2022, Havannah First School was created when Broadway East First School relocated to Newcastle Great Park and changed its name to reflect the new location. This move has been planned for a long time and we are delighted to now be in our wonderful, state of the art brand new school and grounds. Bringing together 4 successful North East based entrepreneurs, students will hear the personal business journeys of the speakers as they delve into successes, failures and how they went about creating their own businesses. Confirmed speakers include Jane Meynell, Founder of Olive & Bean and Steve Rawlingson, CEO of the Samuel Knight Group with operations in the UK and USA, with additional speakers to be confirmed.

The Big One draws together a huge number of Newcastle Hospitals Trust professionals to meet young people and inform them about career opportunities within the NHS. With a morning and afternoon session targeting different Key Stages, students will engage with around 10 different departments to learn what it’s really like to work with people who have health concerns.

The Radiography Department at the Freeman Hospital are inviting us behind the scenes to understand what Radiographers do, what you need to become one and to physically see some of the diagnostic machines in action.

The Turf @ St John's is a community facility run by St John's Primary School.

Between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm the Turf is often used by the school, however external bookings may be available for the pitch and the indoor hall & activity area. From 5pm to 9.30pm every weekday and all across the weekend a variety of sessions take place or the turf is available for private hire at extremely competitive prices

Our pitch is ideal for junior football training & 7 v 7 matches, and adult social games with friends or colleagues.

Founded in 2005 through a partnership between The FA and UEFA Hat-Trick delivers around 70 sessions each week to people in Newcastle upon Tyne and now in Gateshead.

We support the young people to reach their full potential by providing opportunities to participate in positive activities that offer training, qualifications & leadership. We work across the city of Newcastle and borough of Gateshead in areas of high deprivation, the top 10 percent of most deprived neighbourhoods  across the country.

Northbourne are offering a range of activities for children and young people 8-19 years in the west end of Newcastle. We run our activities from an end terrace house on the Northbourne estate so you can't help but feel at home when you visit. The activities have been chosen by young people so hopefully there is something for everyone to enjoy, whilst priority is given to those who already attend our sessions we welcome new members where spaces are available.

We offer a variety of multi-sports activities, live cooking, play and swim on offer during our camps. The camps are for children who receive free school meals and aged 8-15 years of age.

East End Pool are offering 12 sessions over the summer holidays for families to attend. Each session will include a one hour pool sessions with floats, inflatables and slides. after the pool session all children can enjoy a nutritious hot meal from our café.

Every Wednesday during the school summer holidays. 23rd, 30th July, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August. Sessions will be 10.00-12.00 & 12.00-2.00.
