What we do:
We lend, at no cost (i.e. for free), tandems and tag-alongs to (and only to) people with disabilities or additional needs, who are unable to ride a bike safely on their own, so that they can enjoy the wonders of cycling.

MHM was established 30 years ago by families and carers in the North East to provide support and care for people they loved with mental health problems.

The Lawnmowers is a producing theatre-arts company run by and for people with learning difficulties and operating in Gateshead and the surrounding regions. Our weekly Performing Arts and Music academies are for people with Learning disabilities and autistic people, aged 16 and over.
Whether you want to DJ at our club night, act on stage, or perform in a live band, our Academies can help you to achieve your goals.
Cowgate Young Theatre Makers is an exciting new drama group for children and young people from Unfolding Theatre and Projects4Change.
The group will use drama, theatre making, movement and creative writing to create and share stories together. Children and young people interested in off-stage roles such as technicians, sound, lighting and set design are also welcome!
