Think For Yourself (T4Y), a part of Blue Sky Trust, is a project targeting children and young people 8-18 years, empowering them with the skills, information and knowledge to enjoy healthy relationships and reach their potential.
We have delivered high quality relationship and sexual health sessions and professional training since 2001 across schools, colleges, and other youth services.
Rescare is a unique nationwide charity with their head office in Stockport.

PALS is our personal and life skills workshop, which is totally free of charge. The workshops are for adults with additional needs and runs for 8 weeks. Our new block will be starting on 13th September so if you or someone you know would like to enrol then please contact the email address below.

Our Growing Together programme is an exciting workshop that will run every Monday for 6 weeks.
The workshops will help you to:
- Cook healthy food & drinks
- Understand the benefits of healthy eating
- Learn how to make healthy lifestyle changes that can benefit your health & wellbeing
These workshops are specifically designed for adults with additional needs and their support/carer.

The Tree House Early Years Centre provides a range of Educational, Social, Therapeutic and Health activities / services for children aged 0-5 with SEND, and their families.
The centre was officially opened by councillor Lesley Storey in September 2023. The following video showcases the opening of the Centre and highlights some of facilities and activities available for children and their families.
What we do
We provide intervention for children with communication difficulties and problems with eating, drinking and swallowing.
We work closely with staff and parents in a range of settings.

Kalmer Counselling are commissioned by Children and Young Peoples Service (CYPS) to provide counselling to children and young people with a learning disability or learning difficulty.
We also work with those who are awaiting a neurodevelopmental assessment.

Specialist support into employment
Disability confident, Veteran Aware, Carer Aware and fully funded.
Participants will automatically receive a 15-month support plan, including 6 months support once they enter employment and our rapid response support should they fall out of work within 15 months of signing up with us.
Our eligibility criteria are as follows:
Shine's online Circles programme is starting in November. This is a six week programme for people living with an incurable cancer diagnosis. The sessions offer you the chance to meet others in the same position, to share your experiences and to talk unfiltered about the things that really matter to you. There will be sessions on: living with the uncertainty that a cancer diagnosis brings; how relationships are affected; how we process grief in relation to illness - amongst others.
